JOHANNESBURG: Students searching out the nightlife in Hatfield, Pretoria, are finding it easily with Po10C and it’s ‘Cock a doodle doo’, outdoor advertising campaign executed by Wideopen Platform.
With the youth more often than not partying until the sun comes up, Po10C’s aptly named Cock a doodle doo campaign has been geared by spirit and wine manufacturer and distributer DGB, to target specific nightlife areas frequented by students, for a period of three and a half months.
Wideopen, Primedia Unlimited’s outdoor advertising specialist, has crafted a 12metre high cut out of the Po10C bottle and illuminated its border to give it a special glow at night which instantly catches the eye.
“The site in Hatfield is the ideal location as it is situated in the nightlife hub where students are easily able to identify with the campaign as they head out for their night on the town,” says Ryan Cohen, Wideopen’s Sales Director.
“The result is a potent brand awareness campaign that utilises the medium to its full potential and creates talkability around the advertised product.”
