JOHANNESBURG: BrandIQ, in conjunction with Eskom and agency Mediashop, recently constructed the Randburg Skysite. This site is located in the heart of Randburg CBD at the intersection of Braam Fischer Dr and Jan Smuts Avenue. The roof of the Rainy Hills building is recognised and recorded as the highest point in Randburg. The erection of this site for Eskom was a massive opportunity and a great success for all parties involved.

Due to the sheer height and 900sq m size of this site, it is visible from as far as Malibongwe Drive which is 2.4km away.

Rene' Hedley, head of development for Brand IQ, said, "This project was a fantastic challenge due to the scale, height, weight and complexity of the structure required to withstand the forces of nature. Having said that, this site was erected during some of the worst weather and wind periods recorded in 40 years.
