Fixing up of agency for the displaying of advertisement on buses

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) invites bidders to submit their pre-qualification, technical and commercial offers for fixing up agency for display of advertisement on buses. in accordance with the conditions and manner prescribed in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

The RFP document is available for a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 5,500 (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred Only). The amount is to be paid only by way of a demand draft/banker's cheque issued by a nationalised/scheduled bank, in favour of "Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation", payable at Ahmedabad.

The RFP document will be made available online for download from date 24-10-11 to date 16-11-11. No hard copies of the RFP will be supplied to any prospective bidder.

The soft copy of the RFP can be downloaded from the website http://www.nprocure.com. The non-refundable tender fee has to be deposited along with the Bid documents at the time of Bid submission or can be deposited by date 15-11-2011. 15.00 hrs.
