 MUMBAI: The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Mumbai has invited tenders under the ‘two-bid’ system to empanel advertising agencies. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for designing, layout, printing, proof reading and dispatching to operating offices, New India’s ‘New Energy Newsletter, every month’. The duration of empanelment will be one year, which may be extended twice for a period of 1 year.
To be eligible for empanelment, applicant agencies should have been in business for a minimum five years and should have a creative and design team in Mumbai.
Applicant agencies should have experience of handling similar work of a minimum value of Rs. 3 lakh for a single assignment for government, PSU or private company. Client certificate of experience indicating details of similar work undertaken along with samples of newsletters should be submitted along with the applications.
Applicant agencies should have full set up design, pre-press, printing and binding set up to carry out the assigned work.
Interested agencies can obtain the tender form from the office of the chief manager, Project New Energy department, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., 87 MG road, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 up to June 15, 2012 on Payment of Rs. 500.
The tender form can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, applicants will have to pay the cost of the tender form through a demand draft drawn in favour of ‘The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Mumbai’, payable at Mumbai at the time of submission of bids.
Duly completed tenders should reach the office the chief manager, Project New Energy department, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., 87 MG road, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001of latest by 2pm on June 15, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30pm.
