 Niloufer Dundh recently stepped down as Chief Sales Officer of OOH Media, India’s first out-of-home TV screens venture. In a 16-year career in sales, she has worked in India, Muscat and Dubai, across different industries such as media (press, Internet, radio, television, OOH), and also the travel industry. Between 1994 and 2000, Dundh was in Muscat & Dubai, working for Swissair, Apex Publishing & Creative Advertising. Her India stints include working for India.com, Radio Mirchi as corporate sales head from December 2001 to March 2004); and Hungama TV of UTV Group as VP-sales (national sales head) from April 2004 to November 2006. Her last assignment was with OOH Media from December 2006 to July 2009. In this article, Dundh recalls the experience of setting up the new out-of-home format of TV screens in India. |
